+ €5 deposit (the deposit will be refunded when the chip is returned. The race number will also be provided).
+ €5 insurance for non members.
Shirt number collection
The collection of Shirt numbers is personal and nontransferable. Participants must present their ID document and Federation License at the time of signing the acceptance of conditions. Failure to show the license will entail taking out a daily insurance policy. Failure to show the appropriate documentation will prevent the shirt number collection. Under no circumstances may a third party collect the shirt number. The numbers will be presented on Friday 15 between 17.30 pm and 21.00 pm and on Saturday 16, between 7.30 am and 8.30 am.
Cancellation of registration
Once the inscription has been formalized, no money will be reimbursed due to cancellation. The deposit may only be withdrawn at the date, time and place as determined by the organization. Under no circumstances will money be sent to any personal address or account.
Failure to appear at the time and place of the race.
If you should fail to appear at the time and place of the race, the organization will not be held responsible for the reimbursement of the registration fee. The participants deposit and bag may be withdrawn at the date, time and place to be determined, but under no circumstances will they be sent to any personal address or account.
No Shirt numbers
Cyclists without a shirt number will not be allowed to participate in the race unless ahead of the starting car or behind the last vehicle, but never in between.
